Gordon has developed Décor InStyle since its onset in 1999, a pivotal founder and Managing Director of this Australian Company, he is responsible for all human resources, operations, project management, accounts and trades management. Gordon is responsible for all quality control of manufacturers and trades people within the company . Gordon has been instrumental in developing Décor In Style from its onset into Century 21 Australia’s preferred Interior Design firm with an international business design profile across Australia and in Vietnam. Gordon is instrumental in managing and coordinating the operations and human resources of this exciting team.
Catherine Whitting

 Director, Principal Designer and Owner of Décor In Style Pty Ltd, Catherine has developed Décor InStyle since its onset in 1999. A pivotal founder and principal designer of this Australian Design Company, Catherine is responsible for all conceptual interior design projects and fit outs. From residential to commercial projects Catherine is responsible for all areas of Interior Design: conceptual project development and sales, materials and finishes and product selection.
Catherine also currently lectures at The Design Center Enmore. (Sydney Institute of TAFE) Lecturing soft and hard material technologies for part time and full time Interior Design Diplomas. Catherine has Designed and implemented Tertiary Teaching programs outlining Material Applications and Technologies of Timber, Metal, Glass, Stone and Concrete Products and associated Furniture Industries.
Within commercial interior design projects Catherine is instrumental in developing conceptual understandings with clients. Using Materials and Finishes to manipulate spaces and sites Catherine works with the team to change the corporate face and visual branding of many businesses. Working with commercial clients to further their business profile through interior design that enhances and develops their business identity is her specialty.
As the principal interior designer, Catherine coordinates all design aspects of interior fit outs, commercial, residential and hospitality interiors. With a portfolio covering High End National and International Residential Design, Strata Development, Bowling Clubs, Restaurants, Physiotherapy Suites, Hairdressing Salons, Men’s Grooming Salons , Nutrition Companies and Health Clubs Catherine leads the team on a myriad of various and exciting projects. With her team Catherine has created these Interior Environments that reflect the lifestyles of individual clients and business communities through researching specific design solutions and market trends, preparing working drawings and 3D renderings for interior space planning, lighting, furnishings, fixtures and equipment. |
